In Microsoft Outlook: Click on the Inbox in the navigation pane; then right-click on this message, then scroll down to the Junk E-mail option and then click on: Add Sender’s Domain (@example.com) to Safe Senders List. If your mail goes through a company server, e-mail your IT Department and request that the domain: @rode.co.za is added to your company Safe Senders List.
